5 of 5 Caring and Spent the Time Assuring Me January 24, 2022

Dave was absolutely spectacular.  In this day and age, he is a rarity.  Took the time to ensure I was going to receive the correct part, and explained how the overnight shipping would be ordered, and when I would receive tracking.  Everything worked exactly as it should (even with the shipping delays) and he really cared to ensure I would have heat in the house (in Maine) as soon as possible.  Couldn't have gone any better.  Hopefully the part will turn out to work as well as Patrick's (and Dave).   Thanks to Dave I was able to save over $200 with the part and get it 2 days earlier.  Thank you for taking the time and for caring.  It made a huge difference in my week.  Happy Holidays.
